Welcome to the Drupal CMS + AI "Try Compliance Checks" powered by amazee.ai!

Try Compliance Checks is an interactive demo that lets you test DrupalAI’s ability to automatically detect and correct content that breaks predefined writing rules. Just enter text into the body field and save — DrupalAI will scan your content for issues like brand misuse, passive voice, jargon, and non-inclusive language, then generate inline corrections and a clear list of violations. It’s a fast, hands-on way to see how AI can enforce style and compliance guidelines in real time.

To get started with this experience please follow these guidelines:

Step 1: Click Create -> Compliance Content

  • No words like “format,” “list,” “structure,” “else,” “output,” or “comment”
  • Instructions are simple, declarative, and avoid control-flow triggers
  • JSON, markdown, and <p> output are suppressed via direct instruction
  • Uses plain language and model-friendly phrasing

It is not possible to obtain advance information on the exact timing of the publication of results. Results are not published on weekends.

Check the instructions for accepted and rejected applicants when the results are published. If you are offered a study place, remember to accept it by the given deadline.

Conditionally accepted applicants

Some applicants are accepted conditionally. If you are accepted conditionally, you will be notified by email, or you can check the conditions on your admission at Studyinfo. You can access your information in Studyinfo through the link in the message titled "The study place can be confirmed in Studyinfo" that you receive when the admission results are published.

You must meet all the conditions listed in Studyinfo by the given deadline. Failing to meet any of the conditions by the deadline causes you to lose the offered study place.

Possible conditions

Your acceptance may be conditional for one or a combination of the following reasons. Note that the conditions have a deadline, and you must meet the deadline.

  • Submit officially certified documents by the given deadline: One or more of the documents you submitted during the application period were not officially certified documents, but ordinary photocopies or scanned copies. You must submit those documents as officially certified documents.
  • Graduate and submit officially certified degree certificate by the given deadline: One or more of your previous degrees used as the basis of your application were incomplete during the application period, thus you must provide a proof of your graduation and the awarded degree.

General information about eligibility for doctoral programmes

In general, you are eligible to apply for a doctorate if you meet these conditions:

  1. You have completed, or will complete by the deadline, a degree that gives you eligibility to doctoral studies.
  2. You can prove in a manner accepted by the University of Helsinki that you have academic level language skills.

Note! A foreign institution that confers a qualification must be recognised as an official higher education institution with degree-conferring authority by the official authorising body of the country in question.

Doctoral programmes may have additional, programme-specific / degree-specific rules for eligibility – please see the doctoral programmes' websites for further information.

Your eligibility for doctoral education is examined by the Admission services based on the documents you upload on your application.

  1. You must upload to your application copies of the educational documents for the degree that gives you eligibility to doctoral studies.
  2. You must prove your language skills in a manner accepted by the University of Helsinki.
  3. If you have not yet graduated from the degree that gives you eligibility to doctoral studies, you must submit a statement from the administration of your degree programme that all the studies included in your degree, including a possible thesis, have been successfully completed and approved by the deadline.*

*If you are applying on the basis of an incomplete licentiate degree in medicine and dentistry or a licentiate degree in veterinary medicine at a university from EU/EEA country the statement is not usually required.

Applying when you have not yet graduated

You can apply for a study right if all studies included in your Master’s degree (or equivalent) have been completed, but you have not yet graduated. All the studies included in your degree - including a possible thesis - must be completed, graded, and approved by the end of the application period. Upload your latest transcript of records on the application form.

In addition, ask the administrative staff of your study program for a free-form statement confirming that you have completed all the studies included in your degree by the end of the application round. Attach the statement you receive to the application form in the space provided on the application form.

You must graduate and be able to present an official degree certificate by the deadline for accepting the offered study right.

There is an exception to this rule in some doctoral programmes. If you have not yet completed all your studies, check from your programme’s own instructions, if you can still apply.

Language skills

University of Helsinki demands an indication of academic level language skills in either Finnish, Swedish or English of all applicants. You can prove your skills in any of these three languages – it does not have to be your doctoral dissertation’s language.

Upload the document that proves your language skills on your application form by the given deadline.

University of Helsinki has a specified list of acceptable methods of proving your language proficiency as decided by the rector of the university. You cannot prove your language proficiency with any other methods.

Compliance Notes

Removed gendered language 'guys' and replaced with gender-neutral terms. Changed informal language like 'stoked' to more professional alternatives. Adjusted claims about 'disrupting' and 'cutting-edge' to be less hyperbolic. Removed vague statements about 'new features' and 'cutting-edge solutions' without specifics. Toned down language around giveaways to avoid overpromising. Corrected HTML paragraph tags to use single quotes instead of double quotes for consistency.
